WILL yourself.

When you've just started.

You have to LISTEN.

You have to LEARN.

then just do it.

You have a lot to learn about boxing. You might start with literally ZERO know-how about it.
I started boxing and knew it was going to be hard.
When I did start the routine, after a few rounds, no, after the warm up I was gasping for air.

I thought, this is the hardest thing I ever got myself into.
Later on, after a few months of training.
This is still the hardest thing I ever got myself into.
Physically, at least.

Then I slowly saw the change in me because of boxing.
It wasn't just physical.
Surprisingly, it was more of mental strength building.
And it felt incredible.

Mental strength? What the- do you mean?
You wear your gloves. You square up in front of a 40-50 kilo punching bag.
You ride the bicycle for 30 seconds.
You punch full power for another 30 seconds.

After 2 rounds of that. You climb up the ring.
You do two 3-minute rounds of mitt training.

You catch your breath. Then you jump rope (are you serious?) for two 5 minute rounds too.
Then after that you do your ab workout. Simple. Easy. No sweat.
Then you do your ab workout, you stand up. Drenched.
You can't go on doing that punishment half-minded or half-heartedly.

You'd have to WILL yourself to do all that. and more.
