It's a reminder.

getting hit

again

and again.

it does hurt. but it's a good kind of hurt.
i don't know how to explain that further.
that kind of hurt, you just have to feel it for yourself.

but i guess there isn't a bad kind of hurt.
after all.
when you get hurt, it means you still have something to build up on.
something to strengthen.

it might be your footwork. your guard. your abs.
even your heart.
getting hurt, again and again is a reminder.
